Refund and Cancellation Policy
At MSIDC, we strive to provide the best services to our members and beneficiaries. This policy outlines the terms regarding refunds and cancellations.
Membership Fees
Membership fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases where the application is rejected by MSIDC. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded within 15 working days.
Event Registration
Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date are eligible for a 75% refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.
Training Programs
Training fees are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 5 working days before the program start date. A 10% processing fee will be deducted.
Donations
All donations made to MSIDC are final and non-refundable as per Income Tax guidelines under Section 80G.
Loan Processing Fees
Loan application processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been reviewed and assessed.
How to Request a Refund
Please send your refund request to info@msidc.org with your registration/transaction details. We will process your request within 15 working days.
